LurcherWorld

We are a small team of dedicated people who are passionate about Lurcher's. Our aim is to promote the well being of the working Lurcher.

Our shows, which take place exclusively at Living Heritage events, offer a chance to socialise with like minded people and partake in organised showing and racing competitions.

Each show day, we award a Champion Lurcher who qualify's for our Lurcher Showing finals at the end of the year. Special classes are scheduled for Junior Handling which also has it's own championship.

For 2010 we aim to organise scheduled racing events every show day to provide that much needed exercise in a safe and competitive environment. All winners receive a trophy and will be invited to our racing finals held at the end of the year.

For those who don't own a lurcher we also organise a "Chase the Bunny" competition held in the main ring twice daily. Open to any dog on the showground new to simulated coursing - this is your chance to win a trophy and entry into the grand final at the end of the year.
